Pro-voice means we truly listen, and try to understand each other. We give voice to everyone, not just one side or the other. We especially listen to women who have had an abortion, and hear their whole story. We don’t avoid difficult feelings or controversial opinions, whatever they may be.

To me, Pro-Voice means never again having to straddle two disparate worlds (in my case, the world of the institutional Catholic Church and that of third-wave feminism). I can bring my whole self to the Pro-Voice dialogue, and I feel respected, heard, and valued.
